GREAT LOCATION! The apartment was also nice and provided utensils, appliances, and linen. I also enjoyed having contact with Kasa although there was no human interaction.

It was very clean, very comfortable, an easy drive from the airport. Our trip was to visit UNC which was a 20 minute drive (we live in a very large city, so 20 minutes is typical) but worth it to us, and we will stay again on future trips. Full kitchen and YES there’s a Keurig!! Not exactly sure how we would replenish the coffee pods if we had stayed longer, but I’m sure there is a way.

Loved this stay, especially the gym facilities. The beds were comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed - lots of amenities. We will continue to stay here on our future Charlotte trips.

Thorough check in instructions were provided the week of check in. Very easy to get into the property, building, and assigned room. Very quiet location, mostly young adults never ran into any families with children. Plenty of private parking available, quiet neighborhood, great location near the freeways and highways of the city.

I like the exercise room. The area that they have set apart for that and I also like the balcony areas. Nice and quiet. Yeah. I like the the space I like this space.It's a very nice place

Our stay at Kasa was wonderful. The victual check in was the first time we ever had this experience, but the directions to our unit were easy to follow with the codes to enter through the gate/building and unit. The unit itself was a luxury apartment and was clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The area was quiet and we would return for another stay. It was nice to stay in an apartment, we went shopping at a local grocery store and cooked in for some of the meals throughout the week. I would highly recommend this Kasa in Charlotte NC.

We loved the location and how easy the checkin instructions were and how simple the check out was as well. There wasn’t much we had to do before leaving which was super nice. We also loved how clean it was and having access to extra cleaning supplies and detergents under the sink as well. This was very handy when utilizing the kitchen area.

The accommodations were more than welcoming. Most places you stay don’t feel like home. This one had plenty of room to accommodate my handicap with my cane and my disability. The staff was great and I just overall had a great experience. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. I’ve traveled a lot and this was so pleasant. If your looking for a place to stay in charlotte I highly recommend staying here over other locations! Thank you again

An excellent stay. I was very impressed with this property. It was very spacious, had clearly been deep cleaned, and the decor and furnishings were all modern and high quality. It was clear that a lot of thought had gone into the design of both the property and the guest experience - the access instructions were very clear, digitally guiding us through one step at a time. The bed was extremely comfortable and there was a lot of storage space, which was handy as our one-year old comes with a lot of literal baggage. They even provided bowls and treats for our four-legged companion. The location was great too - it was gated and secure, and felt quiet and cut-off from the noise of the city despite being extremely close to downtown. I was extremely impressed with Kasa and the property and will absolutely be looking out for Kasa properties to stay at on our travels in future.
